Salon Policy
Welcome to The Crow’s Claw! Before scheduling your appointment, please be sure to read over the salon policy. As a small business, Nikki must make sure to apply this policy equally to all clients.
It is illegal for a nail salon to work on any hands, feet or nails that show signs of infection. If you suspect that you may have an infection, a “greenie”, or an open wound on a hand, please see your health care provider.
A credit card number is required to stay on file. This card will be charged in the event of a late cancelation/rescheduling or no-show.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than a full 24 hours notice (for any reason) are charged 50% of services booked. No shows, late arrivals and services cancelled or rescheduled the day of are fully charged for the services booked. This is not a punishment. It simply boils down to that this is an appointment based business, and late notices make it incredibly hard or impossible to then fill the available spot.
Please do not book services that you aren’t sure of. If you’ve booked in for a service or art and change your mind the day of, you will still be fully charged because this greatly affects the schedule. If you are ever unsure of what to book, please call or text the salon for guidance.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their service modified (ex. nails not shortened, polished not applied, art dropped, etc.) or depending on time lost, may have their appointment dropped altogether. Client will be fully charged.
No food in the salon, please. If bringing in a drink, please make sure it is in a covered container. This is for your safety.
No unattended children in the salon. Again, this is for safety reasons.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so by utilizing the link sent to you upon registering or by clicking the “Book Appointment” button to reschedule your service.
For business purposes and to avoid any confusion, please do not use social media apps as a way to message the business in reference to your appointment scheduling. These platforms are unreliable. Please either use the scheduling link provided when you booked, or if you need to, please text/call the salon.
You are welcome to text & email the salon at anytime. Please be advised that Nikki may not be available for immediate response if it is not during business hours or if it is when she is with a client.
